Document Verification Process

HTCC provides document verification services for individuals and organizations looking to authenticate academic documents such as Detailed Marks Certificates and Certificates issued by the board. Below is the step-by-step procedure:

  • Companies, Organizations, and Agencies
  • Government Departments
  • Embassies

Verification Procedure

  1. Submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (non-refundable) per document, payable to: “HITECH COMPUTER CENTRE” at Khordha.
  2. Include additional postal charges:
    • Rs. 150/- for delivery within India.
    • Rs. 1000/- for international delivery.
  3. No verification charges for Central/State Government Departments and Embassies.
  4. Processing Time: Verification typically takes 20 days from the date of submission.

Important Notes

  • Verification requests via telephone, fax, or email will NOT be accepted.
  • All documents must be sent via Registered Post or Speed Post to the following address:
